Brenda Zane
Parenting and health & wellness coach
Brenda Zane is a family advocate, certified parent coach, host of the podcast Hopestream, and founder of an online community, The Stream, for moms of kids with substance use disorder. Brenda's oldest son struggled with an addiction to a high-risk lifestyle and illicit drugs for over 5 years. After nearly losing him to multiple fentanyl overdoses, Brenda left corporate America to serve other families dealing with the fear, confusion and helplessness parents usually feel when they have a child who's misusing drugs or alcohol. Today, her son is thriving in a healthy life of recovery which, in part, Brenda contributes to CRAFT skills she learned along her family's journey. She coaches parents using the CRAFT model to encourage them to keep a relationship with their child while motivating them toward positive change.
